As part of its humanitarian volunteer initiatives, the staff of the College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah visited the orphanage (Baraem) in order to plant a smile and joy on the faces of the orphaned children sleeping there.  Today, a delegation from the Faculty of Pharmacy, under the supervision of Dr. Falah Hassan Shari, Dr. Mohsen Saghir, Dr. Iyad Qassem, and a group of first-stage students distributed gifts and toys for both sexes in order to spread joy and provide moral support to children in orphanages.  Shari added: We are continuing with humanitarian initiatives that serve society and all its segments. In turn, the directors of the home praised the initiatives of the College of Pharmacy in order to continuously support orphans.
