The Student Affairs Division is one of the important administrative divisions in the college. Rather, it is the basis for building the college, and this is due to its 

          importance in terms of the duties entrusted to the Student Affairs Division, including:
      1- Student registration.
      2- Checking academic documents for all students admitted to the college.
     3- Providing the students with the letter of support for the continuation of study to different governmental agencies.
      4- Electronic documentation of student information.
      5- Coordination and organization of students' files according to the academic stage.
      6- Student Affairs is the only authorized body for student affairs announcements related to the examination schedule, the weekly lesson schedule, the results of students’               objections to exams and any other matters related to students.
      7- Follow up the affairs of the hosted students.
      8- Follow up the affairs of the displaced students.
      9- Student Affairs is The entity responsible for the transfer of students between universities.
      10- Follow-up on the students' clearance on an annual basis.
      11- Distribution of exam results for all stages.
      12- Answer all incoming orders related to student affairs.
      13- Follow up on issued documents related to regular and confidential student affairs.
      14- Follow up on students' absences.
      15 - Providing students with medical referrals to the University Medical Center.
      16- Promote student scholarship transactions.
      17 - Inquiries about the conditions of students in the students dorms.
    18- Providing the examination committee and scientific departments with lists of students, centrally, for all academic levels.
      19- Providing graduated students with transcripts.
      20 - Checking the validity of the issued transcripts.

   The Student Affairs Division is linked to the Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs at the college.
