Honoring Achievers | University of Basrah's Founding Anniversary:

As part of the majestic celebrations for the 61st anniversary of the founding of the University of Basrah, and in the presence of the University Council alongside a large number of professors, staff, and students, the "Distinguished Professor" and the "Distinguished Employee" from each university college were formally honored.

Professor Dr. Basim Jasim Hameed was honored as the Best Distinguished Faculty Member at the College of Pharmacy, while Mr. Jabbar Mhaisen Radhi was recognized as the Distinguished Employee of the College.

The honoring took place during the central ceremony held at the Bab Al-Zubair colleges complex on Thursday, April 27th. The Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Assistant Professor Dr. Gibran Khalil Hassan, presented the honorary awards amidst an atmosphere of joy and profound pride shared by the academic staff, employees, and students celebrating the university's enduring legacy.
