The Student Activities Unit at the College of Pharmacy, University of Basrah, organized a memorial ceremony for the martyrdom anniversary of the Monk of the Household of Muhammad, Imam Musa bin Ja'far Al-Kadhim (PBUT), in remembrance of his lofty principles and message in life.
The ceremony began with verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a lecture delivered by Mr. Abdul Hakim Al Abu Tabikh, in which he explained the great values and lessons inspired by the life of Imam Al-Kadhim (PBUH) and his sacrifices for the sake of truth and noble human principles.
Dr. Sanaa Jawad Al-Mayyah, head of the Student Activities Unit, explained that the ceremony included sessions for oratory and essays in mourning for the Imam, with active participation from the college students. She emphasized that commemorating the sacrifices of the Ahl al-Bayt is a way to develop virtuous morals in the hearts of generations.
