Urgent Notice to the Dormitory Students in the College

 

Dear students of our college originating from other governorates, districts, and sub-districts, who wish to reside in the college dormitories, we would like to strictly inform you of the following requirements regarding the electronic room reservation process.

Electronic Room Reservation System (UMS) Procedures:

  • To securely receive your username and password for the University Management System (UMS) portal—which is solely dedicated to reserving rooms electronically—you are required to physically visit the Student Affairs department in the college.
  • If the student has already retrieved their username and password, successfully logged into their online account, but encounters a (blank white page) upon clicking the Dormitories icon; only in this specific operational instance must the student consult with the Information Technology (IT) Division of the college for immediate resolution of the technical issue.
