Procedures and Steps for Tuition Fee Reduction (Parallel Education Channel)

 

Dear students of our college enrolled in the Special Government Education Channel (Parallel), those who wish to submit a formal transaction for tuition fee reduction must strictly follow the steps and requirements explained below to ensure the correct processing of your application.

Primary Application Steps:

  1. Fill out the electronic Educational Guidance Form (link provided below), ensuring to explicitly mention the circumstances or problems the student is suffering from, upon which the fee reduction will be evaluated.
  2. Print the submitted PDF file, which will automatically be sent to the email address you registered with upon completing the form.
  3. Attach all original supporting documents physically that prove your financial or humanitarian circumstances for the college to correctly consider your reduction request.

Documents Required to Prove Eligibility:

  • Photographed copies of the Unified National Card for all family members.
  • If the student's guardian is an employee: Provide proof of limited income (a copy of the latest salary slip or an official verification statement from the relevant department detailing the guardian's exact salary).
  • If the student's guardian is retired: Attach a copy of their official retirement identity card.
  • If the student's guardian is a self-employed worker: Attach an official verification statement from the local municipal council indicating their approximate monthly income.
  • If the student's family are Social Welfare beneficiaries: Attach a copy of the official Social Welfare identity card.
  • Attach any other relevant supporting documents or records (whether determining social conditions or medical reports) necessary to substantiate the documented circumstances.
