Emphasizing the context of possible legal remedies that are commensurate with the goal of the educational process in enabling students to complete the necessary educational attainment, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, directed the following decision:

Considering the academic year 2023/2024 as a year of non-failure for students whose enrollments will be upgraded in all stages of morning and evening preliminary studies and who took assessment and non-assessment exams in the first and second rounds in public and private universities.
