The College of Pharmacy at University of Basrah organized a seminar about the side effects of infection with the Coronavirus, with the participation of researchers and specialists. The seminar included a lecture introduced by Abrar Salman, the lecturer at the College of Pharmacy.  She explained the clinical symptoms of this infection which are : dehydration,fever, and loss of the sense of taste and smell. Some  patients with Covid 19 have a long-term effect, which is hair loss, and researchers have found that hair loss that occurs due to the Corona virus is due to high grade fever tension and psychological stress .Hair loss occurs due to Covid 19 after three months of full recovery from the virus and lasts six months Where 50% of the hair falls out, and experts have indicated that this type of loss will gradually stop and the hair will return to growth, and that the focus should be on doing regular exercise, adequate sleep, taking vitamins and proteins, and reducing stress.
