Registration Guidelines for Students Accepted via the Private Government Education (Parallel) Channel

Academic Year 2023 - 2024

The University of Basrah's Department of Student Affairs and Registration has issued a series of directives and regulations organizing the registration process for students accepted via the Parallel channel.

Registration & Transfer Steps:

  • In-person attendance at the original college to complete file withdrawal or transfer procedures.
  • Cancellation of electronic registration at the previous college and activation at the new accepted college.
  • Completion of physical file transfer between the respective colleges under registration unit oversight.
  • For students accepted from outside the University of Basrah, proceed directly to the new college to complete registration.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Students wishing to remain in their original colleges and not activate their Parallel channel admission must visit the registration department to confirm this officially to avoid losing their original seats.
