Ministry Officially Launches Iraqi University Subscriptions in Scopus Repository

 

As part of the Strategic Education Plan 2031, the Ministry of Higher Education has officially activated Scopus subscriptions for all Iraqi universities, providing researchers and students with elite tools for global scholarship.
