Launch of Electronic Application for Student Transfer and Hosting for the 2023-2024 Academic Year

 

The Ministry of Higher Education officially opens applications for inter-university transfers and hosting. Students may initiate procedures by visiting their original colleges to activate the electronic form via the official portal.

Application Submission Window

From July 9, 2023, to September 3, 2023
