Greetings and Peace...

Further to our circular No. (B T 5 / 8449) on Dec 29, 2022, regarding the regulations for teaching and supervising Iraqi students by professors from outside Iraq and vice versa, His Excellency the Minister approved on April 17, 2023, the recommendations of the second annex to the minutes of the ministerial committee concerned with the aforementioned subject. The recommendations included the following:

  • Adopting the amended paragraphs and regulations pertaining to the aforementioned subject, attached herewith.
  • Canceling the circular of the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations No. (S B / 6251) on Feb 21, 2018.
