Based on the directive of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Research and Development Department, and to elevate the reality of academic publishing, H.E. the Minister has approved the inclusion of researches published in Iraqi journals that have completed the entry requirements for the Scopus database but do not yet have a CiteScore. According to Articles (24) and (25) of the Academic Promotions Instructions No. (167) of 2017, their points will be calculated under the category of printed or electronic scientific journals.
