The Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Prof. Dr. Falah Hassan Shari, attended the Iraqi delegation headed by the President of the International Conference organized by Fujita University of Japan to honor the Asian universities of higher education (Oscar of Higher Education)
 Shari stated: We were invited by the Japanese Fujita University to attend the international conference to honor the Asian universities for education, where the Oscar for Higher Education will be awarded to the best eight universities in Asia in the field of arts, where the College of Fine Arts at the University of Basrah participated in its pioneering project (Tamkeen) among (  508) A competitive international university.
