The Student Activities Unit at the College of Pharmacy organized the annual charitable market (Hope Makers no.2) to support orphans and in the presence of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Prof. Dr. Falah Hassan Shari, and a number of professors, academics and students from various colleges of the university, where the market included many foods and medicines in addition to accessories and other goods as well as a gallery of painting and an exhibition of a book, in turn, the official of the Student Activities Unit at the college, Dr. Sana Jawad Al-Mayah, said: The college students, under our supervision, took the initiative to organize the charitable market, the proceeds of which will be allocated to the home for the elderly in Basra. Al-Mayah added: We will have other student activities that serve the community and contribute through them to the delivery of our humanitarian message by urging our students to establish such activities for the continuity of humanitarian work, which does not differ in its status from science and learning.
