The seminar explained that medical disability following angina pectoris is considered one of the most important diseases threatening societies, where the immune response plays a crucial role in the occurrence of heart failure after angina.

It has also been recently found that suppressing the immune response protects the heart from all complications resulting from angina. In addition, Azithromycin was used to suppress this response, and the results were very encouraging for its use as a treatment for patients after angina in the near future.
