The Clinical Laboratory Sciences Department of the College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah held a panel discussion entitled (Basics of Cell Culture) with the participation of researchers and specialists.

 The seminar dealt with a lecture given by researcher Hussein Muhammad Abboud, in which he explained one of the main techniques used in the fields of medical and biotechnological research for the cultivation and development of animal cells.  Or plastic dishes, and with the availability of the main tools and devices such as biological safety cabinet, deep freezing, and others, cells can be grown and stored for a long time for use in later times for research
