The Pharmacology and Toxicology Department of the College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah organized a panel discussion entitled (Effect of bee propolis, carbimazole and levothyroxine on the thyroid gland and some organs in female rats), with the participation of researchers and specialists.
 The seminar included a lecture given by the lecturer, Ghadeer Hamad Ghobeish;  A brief explanation of bee propolis, as it is an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer
 There are several medicinal forms of bee propolis, including syrups, to increase the body's immunity and treat respiratory diseases.
