To retrieve academic results efficiently, we kindly request our students to complete the following organizational and technical procedures via the Student Information System (SIS) only:
- Complete the official Clearance (Bara’at al-Dhimma) process.
- Pay parallel education fees (for Private Government Education students).
- Download the (HEPIQ) app from official stores (App Store / Google Play).
- Enter your data via mobile after receiving the QR Code from your stage representative.
- Pay SIS system fees through the app’s electronic payment gateway.
- Data verification by Student Affairs and final authentication to retrieve results.
