A faculty member staff at the College of Pharmacy is lecturing in a training course on biological statistics.

Lecturer at the College of Pharmacy, Dr. Labid Al-Saad, participated in the training course (Introduction to Biological Statistics), which was held by the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences at the University of Baghdad and in cooperation with the College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah, with the participation of researchers and specialists. The course included five lectures presented by Dr. Labeed Al-Saad over five consecutive days, which included introducing biological statistics and its most important terms, hypotheses and statistical tests. Detailed with examples and how to solve problems manually and using the SPSS program for the most important statistical tests such as T-test, chi-square, correlation, simple and multiple regression, and a brief lecture on normal and factorial ANOVA analyzes and how to choose the most appropriate of these tests to try and end with how to read and interpret the results. The course was attended by professors and researchers from most Iraqi universities.
