Opening of Seat Rotation Requests for Vacant Self-Financed Seats
Seat rotation is now open for all successful applicants under the General Admission and Special Privileges tracks, as well as applicants whose critical cases have been resolved.
Please note:-
Seat rotation applies exclusively to vacant seats in the Self-Financed Track.

Priority in admission will be given to applicants who passed the competitive entrance exam.

How to Apply:
Applicants must log in to their personal account on the graduate studies application system and click the “Submit Seat Rotation Request” button, as shown in the images below.
Application Period:
From August 3rd to August 7th, according to the official ministerial timeline.
