The faculty member staff at the College of Pharmacy participates as a member of the committee to discuss a master's student project at the University of Sulaymaniyah.

The teaching staff at the College of Pharmacy, Assistant Professor Dr. Labid Abdullah Najm Al-Saad, participated in the committee approving the project of the graduate/master’s student Hauri Zahir Hamad Amin from the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences/University of Sulaymaniyah about his research tagged (Study the Phytochemical Constituents of Rhubarb (Rheum ribes L) and its supplement to prevent fatty liver. The research proposal included a comparative study of the effect of the environment of the region in which the Rhubarb plant grows (a wild plant that grows in northern Iraq) on the quality of the chemicals it produces in its tissues, which are of important pharmacological value for the prevention of fatty liver disease. The researcher assumed that the components of the plant differ according to the location. in which it grows. After an extensive discussion of the topic of the research project, it was approved after making many amendments and corrections, which the committee considered important for evaluating the research project
