The assistant professor at the College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah Dr. Labid Abdullah Najm, was chosen as a scientific reviewer in the Basra Journal of Agricultural Sciences.

 Dr. Lapid said that this journal is concerned with publishing research in the field of agricultural and biological sciences, and it is within the fourth quarter of scopus classifications, with an impact factor of 0.14, where several researches were evaluated this year, including:

 (The In vitro Use of Bacillus subtilis Secondary Metabolites in Controlling of Enteric Red Mouth Disease in Common Carp Cyprinus carpio L.) and (Genetic variation among fish species in terms of evolution and lineages) and (The biosynthesis of nanoparticles by fungi and the role  of nanoparticles in resisting of pathogenic fungi to plants).
