The President of the University of Basrah (Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen) honored a number of faculty member staff of the College of Pharmacy in the ceremony held at the University of Basrah to honor the creative professors for their excellence in the dissemination of solid scientific research in the international indexes, which contributes to enhancing the scientific status of the college and the university. The Dean of the Pharmacy College, Prof. Dr. Falah Hassan Shari, who participated in the event, confirmed that the university honored Dr. Shaker Abdel Salem Neama, Dr. Hatem Jassim, Dr. Rita Sabah, Dr. Miqdad Al-Hajjaj, Dr. Hussein Nasser, and Dr. Mudar Najm, for their publishing solid scientific researches that enhance awareness aspects and community service in all fields of pharmacy, which was praised by the university leadership represented by Prof.Dr. Saad Shaheen. Professor Shari added: This initiative comes to urge the development of the reality of scientific research, especially in light of ministerial directives that emphasize encouraging scientific research.
