A lecturer in the College of Pharmacy participates in a workshop about parasites.

Zainab Najm, the assistant lecturer at the College of Pharmacy, participated in a workshop entitled (Methods of Diagnosing Intestinal Parasites with a Focus on the Microscopic Method) with the participation of researchers and specialists. The workshop included lectures by professors on methods of diagnosing intestinal viruses by means of direct examination, which is either with the naked eye or using a microscope and the use of dyes such as Leishman's stain and James dye and others. There are other methods for diagnosing parasites such as buoyancy, sedimentation, and direct blood examination.
