Under the direction of the Head of University of Basrah Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Assistant Professor Dr. Falah Hasan Shari ,the College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah started a campaign to plant trees and rehabilitate the college gardens under the slogan (Hand in Hand for beautiful college)and within the Ag week that Launched by the Head of University of Basrah  to increase green area .Dr. Falah stated :That campaign included cleaning and improving gardens, planting various seedlings, planting different trees . The staff and the students of the college participated in this campaign.
