University of Basrah participated in the Second International Scientific Conference of the College of Science at the University of Al-Qadisiyah. The participation included giving a lecture entitled (Level of antibodies in serums of patients with chronic sinusitis and middle ear) and Dr. Nisreen indicated that the aim of the study is to know the effect of two upper respiratory diseases (sinusitis and otitis media) on the level of antibodies IgG and IgA . The results showed that chronic sinusitis leads to a decrease in the level of IgG, while chronic otitis media causes a decrease in the level of IgA.
