Muntaha Abdel Hamid Nasser and Dr. Qutayba Abdul Karim Qasim published a paper entitled (Isolation and Diagnosis of Microbial Contaminants Found in Cosmetics Sold in Market) in the (International Journal of Pharmaceutical Research) The Indian journal is with an impact factor of 0.12 and included within Scopus index The research involved isolating and diagnosing different types of bacteria in cosmetics, and after multiple tests, the bacteria consisting of Bacillous sp, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and epidermidis were diagnosed, then a variety of antibiotic antibiotic tests were performed showing the diameter of the inhibition zone of the different isolates. The study aimed to determine the extent of contamination of various cosmetics with bacteria, prevent the spread of diseases caused by microbes, and raise awareness to avoid the use of cosmetics that contain contaminated materials.
