Mechanism and Steps for Conducting the Mandatory Drug and Psychotropic Substances Examination for Admitted Students

1. Directly access the designated official examination form portal via the link securely provided below.
2. The student is required to accurately completely fill out the comprehensive form fields electronically. Subsequently, the student must draw and print a physical authorized color paper copy, specifically intended for stamping and official verification by the respective college or department in which the student was permanently admitted.
3. The student must exclusively visit the formally designated governmental hospital—namely, Al-Sadr Teaching Hospital—located in the Basrah Governorate, strictly according to the Ministry's instructions. Crucially, the student must physically carry the aforementioned officially stamped paper form during this visit dynamically to conduct the necessary physical and medical tests. (Under no circumstances whatsoever is the student permitted to manually receive the final medical result.)
4. The ultimate medical examination results will be formally securely received exclusively and entirely by the certified authorized designated representative belonging strictly to the University.
