The College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah organized a workshop entitled (Instruction Guide for Writing Theses and Dissertations)
The workshop aimed to clarify the basic points included in the instruction manual for writing theses and dissertations, prepared by the Higher Education Studies Division at the Presidency of the University of Basrah.
The workshop included a lecture delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Zainab Tohme Khalaf, in which the method of numbering in Roman letters and the locations of these numbers were discussed, in addition to the most important basic points that must be followed in writing the abstract in Arabic and English. The workshop also emphasized the type and types of writing methods used to document sources; APA & MLA The basic concepts of writing work methods and results were also presented, and the correct way of writing sources was determined.
