A faculty member at the College of Pharmacy publishes research in an Egyptian journal 

Zainab Najm Abdel Nabi, published a research entitled (Allergic rhinitis symptoms, causes and treatment among medical students in Basrah city) in the Egyptian Journal The Egyptian Journal of Hospital Medicine.
The research included a study on allergic rhinitis, which is a chronic disease that has an impact on performance and attendance at work and education. It is a growing global health concern. It is caused by the immune system’s reactions to inhaled allergens and causes itching, runny nose, congestion, and other symptoms.
The aim of the research is to study allergic rhinitis among Iraqi medical students, how to treat it, and to know the most common symptoms caused by this disease, as well as the risk factors and methods of treating it in Iraq.
