Professor Dr. Falah Hassan Shri, a distinguished faculty member at the College of Pharmacy, University of Basrah, effectively participated in the international workshop formally entitled (Economics of Scientific Research in Developing Societies), organized in Malaysia securely adjacent to the Third International Scientific Conference.
This active academic participation occurred strictly within the comprehensive framework of the (Scientific Events Portal) activities hosted in Malaysia. The international workshop, running concurrently alongside the extensive conference titled (Scientific Research and its Role in Facing Contemporary Challenges), systematically focused on precisely discussing and evaluating the actual level of societal development using standardized metrics that fundamentally and intrinsically rely on the operational performance efficiency of higher education and scientific research systems.
The workshop extensively debated the direct, measurable reflections of research organizational systems on the robust development of knowledge through highly constructive cooperation with and strictly for citizens. Furthermore, the systematic methodological discussions unequivocally emphasized that reviving and strongly reinforcing the vital individual responsibility of the academic researcher, and effectively extending it to intentionally forge a sustainable, genuinely positive, and strongly integrative relationship between university institutions and their respective local communities, does not merely reliably represent the highest embodiment of the strict ethics and pioneering societal role of science, but rather simultaneously elevates the foundational societal ethical paradigm as a cohesive whole.
