A faculty member at the College of Pharmacy participates in an international workshop on the basics of life support

Professor Dr. Falah Hassan Shari, participated in an international workshop on the basics of life support. The workshop included a lecture on Basic Life Support (BLS), an emergency procedure in the event that blood circulation stops for any reason.
BLS is considered very important in the first stage of providing assistance to an unconscious person as a result of a decrease in oxygen tonic pressure in the blood, such as cases of suffocation or a defect in blood flow to the organs of this miraculous body. There are free courses in most countries of the world to encourage the general public to get an idea about cardiopulmonary resuscitation and try it. Apply it when necessary after notifying the specialized recovery team or ambulance. This procedure, which is applied by the general public and non-professionals, may save a life.
