To 5th-Stage Students and All Stages Exceeding Prescribed Absence Limits

 

Final Warning Regarding Enrollment Termination Due to Absences

We wish to inform 5th-stage students and all students of all levels who have been issued dismissal or enrollment termination orders due to absences, or those whose absence rates have exceeded (10%), of the necessity to adhere to the following instructions to address their academic status:

  • 1. Fill out the Educational Guidance form via the electronic link provided below.
  • 2. Visit the Educational Guidance Unit at the college strictly on Wednesday.
  • 3. Attendance is mandatory with a parent or legal guardian exclusively.
  • 4. Bring all official authentication (medical leaves or official excuses) for auditing.

Note: In case of non-attendance, the dismissal order will be considered final and legally binding after the expiration of the legal period.
