In the presence of the Central Committee chaired by Dr. (Habib Mohsin Hammadi), the College confirmed its logistical and human readiness to launch the Master’s program in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, supporting pharmaceutical security.
Dean Asst. Prof. Dr. (Gibran Khalil Hassan) announced that the College has completed all requirements, from preparing advanced classrooms to equipping scientific laboratories with the latest research tools and qualified human resources. The goal of this expansion is to graduate specialized cadres who contribute to the university’s educational outcomes in alignment with international scientific standards.
This program represents a qualitative addition that meets the increasing labor market needs for precise pharmaceutical specializations. It will provide genuine opportunities for our dear students to complete their academic journey and achieve their professional aspirations within a rigorous research environment under the supervision of elite professors and specialists.
This achievement reinforces the position of the College of Pharmacy as a center for scientific enlightenment at the University of Basrah, committed to developing clinical research that serves the health sector and drives academic progress in Iraq.
