First Step:
- The student's official documents, including (national ID card + nationality certificate + residency card) original + colored copy
- Graduation certificate or grade confirmation addressed to the University of Basrah / College of Pharmacy
- letter of guarantee addressed to the University of Basrah / College of Pharmacy (stating the sponsor's salary amount with continued employment to sponsor the student and mentioning the sponsored student's name in the letter)
- The sponsor must be a permanent employee only
- Medical examination form (from the nearest hospital or health center) at the student's place of residence
- 8 personal photos with a white background exclusively
Second Step:
Online registration:
Firstly: The student must create and activate a private or official email
Secondly: Log in through the following registration link: https://ums.contact.uobasrah.edu.iq/
Thirdly: Watch the following video, which explains how to register online for students on the University of Basrah website.

Fourthly: It is not allowed to use the student's email to register more than one student
Fifthly: Upload all required documents in the electronic registration link in the fields designated for each
Sixthly: Student will receive a message specifying the date of visiting the college in person to complete the paper registration.
Seventh: Print the electronic registration form
Third Step:
After completing the registration on the university's website Ums, visit the college according to the date specified by the college and mentioned in the message that you will receive from the university's website through the student's personal email.
Upon Visit:
- Bring the documents as in the first step
- The sponsor and the student must personally attend with the sponsor's ID and sponsorship letter and the sponsor's official original documents and colored copies
- A copy of the ministerial registration list showing the total and sequence in the admission channel
- CD contain all the requirements after completing the registration.
