Approved Registration Protocol at the College of Pharmacy for 2023 - 2024

Preparation of Official Credentials

• Original IDs (National ID, Citizenship, Residence) + Color Copies.
• Graduation Document or Grade Transcript addressed to (University of Basrah / Pharmacy).
• Guarantor Letter (Permanent employees only) stating salary details.
• Medical Examination Form from the designated health center.
• (8) Personal Photos with a white background.

Electronic Registration via UMS Portal

Access the portal at: ums.contact.uobasrah.edu.iq

• Use a valid active email (One email per student).
• Upload all credentials in the designated digital fields accurately.
• Print the electronic registration form after completion.
• Wait for an appointment confirmation email for physical verification.

Phase III: In-Person Verification

Upon the scheduled appointment, both (Student and Guarantor) must attend in person with all documentation, including the Ministry Admission list and a CD containing the complete digital file.
