The faculty of pharmacy, Dr. Falah Hasan Shri, Dr. Hanan Hamed Ramadan, Dr. Rasha Naseer Muhammad, and Dr. Dawood Globe Hillel published a paper (a study of the effect of fenugreek extract and nigella sativa on reducing the lipid level of diabetics in Iraq) in the Indian journal (Systematic Reviews in Pharmacy) cite score (1.6) classified within the world’s second quarter magazines Q2 within Scopus container, where the study included the importance of using fenugreek extract and nigella sativa on diabetic patients to study the effect of these medicinal plants in reducing the level of fats and acting as an antioxidant. The study showed that using the extract of these plants together gave clear results in reducing the level of fats and the possibility of using them to reduce the side effects of the currently used drugs.
