Institutional Notice: Security Clearance Mandatory Procedures for Postgraduate Students

 

In accordance with University Order No. 20676/7/3, all students accepted for postgraduate studies (2023-2024) must report to the Security Clearances Department to complete institutional audit forms.

Designated Attendance Date for College of Pharmacy
Tuesday, August 29, 2023
(Strict adherence to the designated date is mandatory)

Requirements and Instructions:

 
Provide color copies of all identification documents + originals for verification.
 
One (1) recent personal color photograph.
 
Documents should be submitted without a file binder per institutional policy.
 
Location: Presidency of Basra University / Security Clearances Department.
