Opening of Electronic Application for Transferring Returning Students Outside Iraq

 

The Ministry of Higher Education announces the launch of its unified electronic portal for Iraqi students transferring from international institutions back to national universities for the 2023-2024 academic year.

Deadline: September 7, 2023
