The College of Pharmacy at University of Basrah organized a workshop on (the official university email is one of the requirements for the electronic exam) with the participation of researchers and specialists. The workshop included a lecture given by Dr. Qutayba Abdul Karim Qasim several axes, the most important of which is what is the university e-mail and the advantages of the university e-mail as well as the importance of the university e-mail in the performance of the final electronic exams for students Professors and members of the examination committees, in addition to getting acquainted with the new additions in the classroom of the university account. The workshop aimed to introduce the importance of the university email for professors and students as one of the requirements for the final electronic exam, in addition to the many advantages that the university account gives to students and professors, such as the ability to enter and download recent research from Google Scholar and Research gate, as well as correspondence with international universities to obtain scholarships by using the university email increases Chance to get it. The workshop recommended the necessity of activating the official accounts of students and professors in all colleges because it is a requirement for the electronic examination and it is not permissible to approve the personal e-mail of students because it is not known to the examination committees
