The College of Pharmacy at University of Basrah organized a workshop (How to create an electronic question model for the final exams for undergraduate students) with the participation of researchers and specialists. The workshop included a lecture given by Dr. Qutayba Abdul Karim Qasim: reviewing the official books issued by the ministry regarding the mechanisms, controls and timing of conducting the electronic examination for preliminary studies, as well as the mechanism and plan for conducting the electronic exam and distributing tasks to members of the electronic support committee in coordination with the central examination committee in the college in addition to what is required From the professor and the student and making an electronic question form for the initial studies. The workshop aimed at introducing the target group (electronic support committees, professors and students) to the mechanism of the final electronic examination for preliminary studies and how to make an electronic examination question form. The workshop recommended the necessity of conducting experimental examinations for all stages in the initial studies and trying to reduce the number of papers consumed by printing on the paper from both sides and placing Two pages in one paper and the need to inform students of the examination instructions and to abide by the instructions received from the Ministry and the Presidency of Basrah University
