The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has designated 20 June 2023 as the launch date for the electronic form dedicated to the two channels of nomination modification and acceptance of preparatory school graduates from the previous academic year.

Nomination Modification for Accepted Students — Academic Year 2022/2023
The nomination modification form for students accepted in the academic year 2022/2023 will be activated across the following channels:
Central Admission
Martyrs' Families Admission
Elite Channel
Condition: The student must not be enrolled in any of the following: morning government/private education, evening studies, private colleges, or colleges affiliated with the two Waqf bodies.
Acceptance of Preparatory Graduates — Previous Academic Year 2021/2022
The electronic form for accepting students who graduated from preparatory school in the previous academic year 2021/2022 will be activated on the following two channels:
Central Admission
Martyrs' Families Admission
Condition: The student must not be enrolled in any of the following: morning government/private education, evening studies, private colleges, or colleges affiliated with the two Waqf bodies.
Student PIN / Secret Number
Universities will be authorized to use the electronic portal to provide students with their secret numbers should they lose them. Any student may obtain their secret number from any university, regardless of their governorate of residence.
