Further to our circular No. B T 5/5868 dated July 27, 2015, regarding the standards and plagiarism percentages in Ph.D. dissertations and Master's theses for postgraduate students, we would like to inform you that it is part of the supervisor's duties to continuously monitor the scientific plagiarism percentage of the thesis or dissertation path and for each of its chapters. This procedure of plagiarism checking and monitoring by the supervisor and the student is considered a preventive measure against any violation cases in plagiarism percentages, provided that the thesis or dissertation is subjected entirely to electronic and scientific plagiarism checking after its full completion.
