College of Pharmacy Conducts "Advanced Data Analysis using SPSS" Training Course in Collaboration with College of Science

 

To enhance the research capabilities of academic staff and postgraduate students, the College of Pharmacy, in cooperation with the College of Science at the University of Basrah, organized a specialized training course entitled "Finding Analysis for Various Data Using SPSS". The two-day program saw active participation from researchers and specialists.

The sessions were led by a group of distinguished faculty: Asst. Prof. Dr. Heba Zaki Naji, Asst. Prof. Dr. Zainab Abdulhussein Abdullah, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Qusay Saud Abdulaziz. The lecturers detailed the methodology for identifying research variables and distinguishing between parametric and non-parametric data.

Applied axes of the course focused on utilizing SPSS for advanced statistical computations, including t_test, Chi-square, ANOVA, and regression analysis. This initiative aims to elevate the rigor of pharmaceutical and scientific research within the university's academic ecosystem.
