The Vice-President of the University of Basrah, Professor Dr. **Falah Hassan Shari**, alongside a delegation of deans (Education for Pure Sciences, Engineering, Arts), the Assistant Dean of Administration and Economics, and the Director of the University President's Office, met with His Eminence **Sheikh Muhammad Falak Al-Maliki**, Representative of the Religious Authority.
The meeting followed an invitation from the Sheikh to attend a Ramadan gathering for university students, which included a collective Iftar banquet at the Shuwaili Mosque in Al-Zubair. The visit aimed to build bridges of cooperation between the academic institution and the religious authority, and to directly oversee students' welfare during the holy month.
