The College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah took the initiative to distribute the Ramadan food basket as part of the annual campaign of the University of Basrah for donation and community service.
  the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Prof. Dr. Falah Hassan Shri, stated: This campaign comes within the ongoing initiatives of the College of Pharmacy and the University of Basrah, where donations were collected from the professors of the College of Pharmacy and the rest of the colleges to provide (500) food baskets in addition to breakfast meals that were distributed to all students of the boarding departments.
Shri added: The University of Basrah is always striving to enhance the spirit of cooperation, social and solidarity, and to achieve the social responsibility that the university carries out towards its society, and that this initiative enhances the spirit of cooperation among members of society.
