The College of Pharmacy organized the first festival for the young researcher under the slogan (by experiment we learn) and sponsored by the President of University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and supervised by the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Prof. Dr. Falah Hassan Shri, and in cooperation with the Distinguished Students High School.
Dr. Falah said: The festival included conducting practical experiments in the college laboratories for high school students and under the supervision of the professors of the College of Pharmacy.
Shri added: The aim of the festival is to prepare and conduct many scientific and laboratory experiments for the purpose of supporting the educational process and enriching the practical application of scientific knowledge in a way that contributes to instilling scientific concepts in the minds of students. In addition to introducing students to the working methods of modern devices in our laboratories.
