A faculty member at the College of Pharmacy publishes a research in a Swiss scientific journal

 Assistant Professor Dr. Miqdad Al-Hajjaj, at the College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah published a paper entitled (Evaluation of the dermal permeability enhancement capabilities of newly developed, water-soluble and self-assembled liquid crystal formulations based on hexosomes) in the Swiss journal Crystal with an impact factor of 2.67 and within Scopus containers.
 The research included the idea of ​​developing a skin ointment containing liquid crystals of (polyethylene glycol) which contains the drug (para amino benzoic acid).
 The aim of the research is to study the ability to increase the permeability of the drug used by the use of liquid crystals.
 Al-Hajjaj added: A group of researchers from inside and outside Iraq participated in the research, and this aims to increase scientific cooperation between universities.
