Basra University College of Science and Technology concluded a twinning program with the College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah 
 The Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Prof. Falah Hassan Shery, stated that the program included several axes, the most important of which was the exchange of scientific and academic experiences between the two parties through courses, workshops and conferences, and the exchange of visits by faculty members between the two parties on topics that achieve the public interest within the framework of the two parties’ competence, cooperation and research.  Joint scientific studies in various specializations in the research centers of the two parties, as well as participation in the ownership or use of high-cost scientific research equipment available in both parties, in addition to participating in seminars, conferences, seminars and training held by either party and training the top students in the initial university studies of each party.  On the other side, and other axes in the interest of education and keeping pace with the development in the field of higher education and scientific research
