A delegation from the Crisis Cell at University of Basrah visited and under the direction of the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Khalil Al-Hamdi, Head of the Crisis Cell, headed by Dr. Falah Hassan Shri, Dean of the College of Pharmacy, and the members Dr. Asaad Muhammad, Dr. Rafid Abdul Jabbar and Dr. Ali Anmar, they visited the health center in Basra University, Karmat Ali website, and the delegation met with the center's director, Dr. Haider Abdel-Ridha, to see the reality of health services and precautionary measures to confront Corona virus. The head of the delegation, Dr. Falah Hassan, stated that the university's health center needs the support of the competent authorities to provide some of the necessary preventive supplies to defeat the Corona virus, such as disinfectants, sterilizers, surgical masks, gloves, thermometers, ECG devices and service vehicles to transport bandages and other supplies in sufficient quantities for the Karmat Ali staff including professors ,.Students and employees.Dr.Shri also emphasized that this visit is not the last, and there are future visits to see the reality of health service, as this center is primarily for the service of students, and then the staff and professors in the university campus
